Patterson owned the rebuild of my garage after a fire. The work they did was excellent- they worked very quickly and made it look nicer than it did before the fire! There was a point during the process where their Project Manager was not responsive, however the issue was dealt with swiftly and they replaced the Project Manager quickly and things kept moving. I appreciated the effort they made to ensure the service level was kept high. I would recommend Patterson if you have a similar job and again I appreciate the work done to make my home whole again.

My experience with Patterson Homes was amazing! Bradley was awesome with his communication, timelines and he was extremely helpful as we navigated our repairs. Their workers were always cheerful and ready to answer any questions and did a great job on the drywall repair, tile installation and painting. I will definitely use Patterson Homes for any future work done in my household.

Very impressed with the work. Ryan was very informative, professional and kept in touch about the job. He was able to arrange for the project to be done in a timely manner and also was able to work through it with the insurance company without much hassle on my part. He also mentioned that this was his first job with the company and they made a great decision with him being part of the team.

had Patterson do a bathroom remodel, laundry room remodel, insurance claim work for me over the summer of '23. work was supposed to take 30 days, ended up taking 45 days (i expected this). I had to escalate during the process to get the work moving forward as we had to move out during the process, i encourage everyone to sub manage your own project and keep it moving forward, squeaky wheel gets the grease. the original project manager left for personal reasons during the project, he was great. replacement manager was not so great, however when i escalated to the owner regarding my concerns he made sure i was contacted same day and helped me with my concerns. while i would give the middle project manager Miguel 0 stars i give Ryan the owner 5 stars for making sure his guys get back to work. Overall there were some problems with the work. i work in the industry so i wasn't expecting perfection. all problems can be remediated, and patterson remdiated the issues i had with the final work. The middle project manager was let go from my understanding and the final project manager Ryan Schuman was fabulous, five stars for Ryan Schuman. When he was assigned to my project he reached out right away, met me at the property to discuss my concerns, we came to a solution that made all parties happy and in the end he fixed the work that was not up to par. Overall i am happy with patterson homes and would contract with them again to do work should the need arise.

We used this company for repairs to our wall and floors after some very unfortunate water damage. There was a change in the personnel during the project and the transition was seamless. The office and incoming contractor was able to pick up where the project was left off at and able to bring the project to completion timely and professionally. We appreciate all of there help and would recommend them to anyone who may need help navigating home repairs and working with the home insurance company. Thanks Patterson Homes

Patterson Homes and our project manager, Jon, did an incredible job. We had an extensive amount of water damage from a dishwasher leak that required an entire kitchen renovation and first floor tile. Jon was so good about always making sure I was happy. If I was unhappy with something, he had it fixed the next day. He accommodated some plans we had and always made me feel comfortable with the whole process. My home now looks twice as good as it did before the damage. If you need any kind of renovation or construction work, I highly recommend calling Jon. I have worked with a couple GC companies in the past and Patterson Homes was above and beyond anyone else!
